Bercio is a baby monitor app working between two phones. It is not a medical device.

The elements of the app (texts, graphics, logo, synthesised sounds, code) belong to the publisher, except for the third-party components below, used under their licences. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

• YAMNet sound recognition model and MediaPipe library (Google): Apache 2.0 licence;
• PeerJS: MIT licence;
• Radix UI and shadcn/ui interface components: MIT licence; Lucide icons: ISC licence;
• Nunito font: SIL Open Font License 1.1.

The publisher strives to keep the app working properly but cannot guarantee it in every circumstance: the network, the battery, the phone's settings or third-party services may interrupt monitoring. The terms of use set out these limits.
