Delete your Bercio account
The Bercio account is for the baby log; the baby monitor does not need one and has nothing to delete. You can delete your account from the app, or from this page with a code sent by email.

From the app
Open Bercio, tap “Baby log”, then “Shared with” and “Delete my account”.

Enter your account's email address. If you signed in with Apple and hid your address, enter the relay address (…@privaterelay.appleid.com): the code arrives in your usual inbox.
You receive a 6-digit Bercio code, valid for 10 minutes: enter it to confirm. Every Bercio account with this address is deleted.
What is deleted
- Immediately, on Bercio's server: your email address, your Apple or Google identifiers, the list of your phones and your sign-in sessions. Your Sign in with Apple link is revoked at Apple.
- If you were alone in your household: the household and the whole encrypted baby log.
What remains
- If other people share your baby log, it stays with them, along with what you logged in it: it is theirs too.
- Nothing else: Bercio keeps no copy of your account after deletion.
- Data processed by Google for advertising follows Google's rules (“Manage ad choices” in the app's settings).
